Rise High with The Spirit of God

Robert Rajamani

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. –Galatians 5:25

God wants His children to fly high in the Spirit. He has always wanted them to come up higher. He called Moses to separate himself and come up to a high mountain to meet Him (Exodus 24:12). God called Abraham to separate from his family and come up to God to see His plan for him (Genesis 12:1). God wants his people to rise above the flesh, above the ground and walk in the Spirit.

Man, in his fallen state has a tendency to gravitate towards the earth, toward the flesh. He prefers walking and running on the ground over flying. He is comfortable when he has solid support beneath. The flesh is comfortable being on the ground in the earth, it does not like flying, because it feels like its losing control. On the contrary, the spirit wants to fly above; soar with the Spirit of God (Galatians 5:17). It gravitates towards being led by the Spirit of God rather than being on the ground controlled by the flesh. Flesh is comfortable in the dust, spirit is comfortable soaring with God.

It is interesting to know that the snake which sneaked into the Garden of Eden and deceived Eve also lives in the ground. When you walk in the flesh and are earth-bound, you are treading on dangerous ground; where snakes lurk. When you soar high with the Spirit of God you are above the snake line, the devil has no control on you (Romans 8:13). God desires that you remain in cruising height and be always led by His Spirit.

Walking in the flesh is a dangerous place to be in, its where snakes live, its where the devil has his control and is very active. As a child of the Most High, walking in flesh is not an option. Walking in the Spirit is what He desires from us. Its where He can reveal His Wisdom and Mysteries to our heart. Its where Life flows. Its where we see and understand the Kingdom of God and reflect His glory.

Mind and the will of man is what controls whether you soar high in the Spirit of God or be grounded. Mind, if it is allowed to be controlled by the carnal nature will bring you down to the ground and make you feel comfortable there, but mind controlled by the Spirit of God and renewed by the Word of God will keep you comfortably flying (Romans 8:6). Renewing the mind with the Word and the realities of heaven will keep you afloat. Also, when you spend time with the Spirit of God and willingly yield to Him; He will carry you higher and reveal the realities of His Kingdom. You will operate on a higher dimension.

Enoch walked with God in the Spirit and was translated into God’s realm (Genesis 5:24). Abraham walked with God and was able to see the future Kingdom of God and gave up everything and lived like a nomad (Hebrews 11:8) Moses walked with God and gave up the Pharaoh’s Palace for the Kingdom of Christ (Hebrews 11:24-26). We are called to walk in the Spirit and resist walking in the flesh (Galatians 5:16)

Rise above the flesh, and cruise with the Spirit of God and keep the snake wallowing in the dust!

Mind Governed by the Spirit of God

By Robert Rajamani

The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. (Romans 8:6)

One’s life is controlled by their mind. As goes the mind so goes the man. Mind is just a tool to control and direct your life. If you find a way to control this mind in the right way, your life can go in the right direction.

Paul talks about two things that can govern our mind and based on what is governing it, the outcome can be completely different. One, our mind can be controlled by our flesh i.e. the carnal nature and it will lead to death both spiritual and physical, or our mind can be governed by the Spirit of God which will lead to Life and Peace. (Romans 8:6)

The Spirit of God will never dominate or control your mind against your will, you need to allow Him to govern it and be led by Him. If you are led by the Spirit of God you are a son of God, (Romans 8:14) you have access to the son ship position of Christ. You are no longer in bondage to the spirit of fear and death. You are adopted into the family of God, He becomes your Father and because of Christ you are Righteous and the Father finds no fault in you. You become a joint heir with Christ and share in the Inheritance of Christ. (Romans 8:17)

There is nothing more exciting in life than to be led by His Spirit and have access to the Inheritance of Christ. That Inheritance includes His Wisdom, His Blessing both Spiritual and Physical. When you are governed and led by the Spirit of God, you are functioning on a different law – The Law of the Spirit of Life (Romans 8:2). The law of sin and death in which the devil and his kingdom operates has no access to you.

A mind led by the Spirit of God will have Kingdom thoughts, will understand the Wisdom of God, will have the concepts of the Kingdom, and will operate on a different realm of reality. Will be able to heal the sick, walk on water, feed the multitude with few bread and fishes, speak to the dead and bring back to life. Life will be exciting for sure. This is normal life in the Spirit as it was intended by Jesus.

Yield to the Holy Spirit today and live a Supernatural Life. Nothing else in this life is more exciting!

Holy Spirit – Your Reliable Teacher

by Robert Rajamani

But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. – John 14:26

The Bible is a living book. The Word of God is living, active and powerful. It has to be the foundation for our life. This whole universe is sustained by the Word of God. The world was created by it.

There are basically two ways by which you can understand the Word of God. One is by relying on your human understanding and the other is by relying on the Author Himself—The Holy Spirit.

By default you tend to interpret the Word of God just using your mind, your understanding and your background. Understanding it just by your intellectual ability can be misleading. You cannot limit the unlimited wisdom in the Word to your own understanding.

If you try to understand the Truths in the Word just on the basis of your human mind, there will be times when what you see in the Word does not make logical sense. To your brain any truth it is exposed to, seems logical only if it can find something to rely and leverage on. If it does not find any corresponding truth to leverage on it will reject it as illogical or irrational or impossible.

But if you try to understand the Word of God in your spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit, you have access to another dimension. So when a truth revealed in the Word does not find anything to leverage on in the natural mind, it will find a leverage in the spirit and it will make logical and rational sense.

There is a lot in the Word of God than what our human brain can comprehend. It is filled with mystery, wisdom, world changing truths, solutions to our problems which cannot be grasped by human logic and understanding. When you allow the Holy Spirit to reveal it to your spirit it becomes comprehensible. It’s the Spirit of God which inspired the prophets to reveal and write the Word of God. He is the one who knows the whole truth. Let Him interpret the Word for you and He will reveal the multi-dimensional truth in it.

Fellowship with the Spirit of God, get intimate with Him, let Him guide you in the Word. Don’t read the Word just by your human brain power, which will only make you academically strong. He wants to reveal His fullness to you, because it’s the Word of God which creates Faith in our heart and changes our life.

Be led by His Spirit and let Him interpret the Word of God for you.
Learn from Him and you will never go wrong.

Walking in the Flesh is a Snare

Robert Rajamani

They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me. For if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you – Exodus 23:33

The Lord delivered the Israelites from slavery in Egypt in a supernatural way and promised them a land of their own. He said you will possess the land I will deliver the inhabitants of the land in your hand, but you shall drive them out and make no covenant with them or follow their gods, if you do that it will be a snare to you.

Likewise, the Lord has delivered us from the kingdom of darkness where we were in bondage to sin and flesh, He has made us a new creature and He Himself comes and dwells within our born again spirit and He desires that we live a life being led by His Spirit and not walk in the flesh as we used to. He desires that we do not compromise with the lifestyle of walking in the flesh.

It’s very easy to get into a routine of living life in the flesh. Walking in the flesh can be expensive, it will end up being a snare and will keep you in bondage. Make no compromise with fear, unbelief, sickness, poverty. Just resist it. They have no place in your life, drive them out from your life, if you let them stay, they will become a snare to you.

Make a deliberate effort to always walk in the Spirit. Living life in the Spirit is the normal Christian life. It’s a life of Power and Triumph. Make sure to spend time with Him in Prayer, Speak in tongues, when you speak in tongues you let the Spirit of God pray for you and to edify you. Spend time in the Word daily. Meditate on the Word all the time and let the Spirit of God quicken the Word which applies to your situation. He will let that Word create Faith in you heart and enable you to overcome the situation you might be facing.

When the Spirit of God and the Word of God come together to create Faith in your heart, nothing in this physical world can defeat you, no circumstance can overpower you. You will be victorious over everything that life and the devil will throw at you.

Be led by His Spirit and the Word and be free and victorious.

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. – Gal 5:16

God Dwells Among Us!

Robert Rajamani

The place, O Lord, You have made for Your dwelling [among them], –(Exodus 15:17)

He wants to make a dwelling among them. He wants to dwell among His people, not so that he can control them and make them follow His rules. Its because He knows that we need Him to be able to stand against all that the enemy will bring against us. If He just leaves us alone, we would be consumed by the enemy. Its only He who can defend and deliver and fight for us as He delivered the Israelites from the Egyptians through the red-sea in a miraculous way. He fought for them, so that they can be free. He can do that for us only if we allow Him to dwell with us.

It grieves His heart to know that we tend to want to go independent of Him and want to live our own life, not realizing that there is an enemy of our soul waiting to attack us and we are not strong enough to fight him on our own. That’s the reason God wants to be with us and dwell with us so that He can fight for us and defend us.

In the Old Covenant He wanted the Israelites to make a physical temple for Him to dwell among them, in the New Covenant, He comes and dwells in our born again spirit. Holy Spirit living in our spirit is our protection and guidance and wisdom. All those you are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. He dwells in us, His Spirit and His Word abides in us and fights for us. Let the Spirit pray for us in tongues and win the battle for us.

Allow Him to dwell with you and guide you in safety and abundance. He is our loving Father. The Lord is always wanting to fight for you and let you rest, just like a good father would protect and fight for His son or daughter.
