FAITH – Your Connection to God the Father

When Adam disobeyed God and ate the Fruit, what he was doing was, he was believing in what the Devil was telling him. As long as Adam believed only in God, God was His source and he was connected with God and he was under the Blessing of the Lord. He walked by the Law of Faith in God. In this state, he was above everything, he had authority over the physical world, and he had dominion over everything.
Once he listened to the devil and believed in what he said, Adam willfully disconnected himself from God as his source and connected with the devil. With the devil as his source, now curse, sin and death entered Adam and the physical world. Adam now is no longer above the physical world, he is subjected to the physical world and its law. One of the laws of the physical world is to believe in only what you see, he was no longer operating in the Law of Faith; Faith does not believe in what it sees physically, but it believes in what God says, and manifests what He says in the physical world. Faith is not a passive believer in what it sees, but it has the capacity to manifest the will of God in the physical world. Adam lost that ability to fully operate in Faith. Since the fall, God has been trying to instill Faith in the heart of man, He did that throughout the Old Testament by sending His Word through His Prophets. His Word has the ability to activate Faith in human heart. Because of Adam’s will full dis-association with God and his connection with the devil, the only way God could operate in humans and this physical world, is by activating Faith in their hearts by His Word. God in His Love did not want to give up on man, even though man has willfully gone away from Him, God knew the only help man has was God, even though man did not realize it, God knew, he needed His help, because He knew how bad the devil will treat man, He knew the curses that the devil will bring in this earth to torture man, the sickness, diseases, hatred, poverty. So God was not in any way going to give up man, because He was His own son and daughter, created in His own image, He loved them deeply. The only way for man to have dominion over the physical world and live in victory as God intended first was to connect him back to God and make God His source. For that to happen, Faith needs to be activated in man’s heart and that can happen by the Word. So God took every opportunity to reveal His Word to anyone who was ready to listen, He found Noah, spoke to him, He found Abraham spoke to Him, God saw in Abraham, what He expected from Adam, complete trust in God. God revealed His Word to Him and made a covenant with him. (God is doing all this just to help humans, He could have just ignored us and let the devil have us and gone on with is vast universe, after all we willfully, disobeyed him and we deserve it. God could not do that, because we were His children, we had His image in us, we were more important than anything else in the Universe for Him). Because of the way Abraham willfully responded to God’s Word, Faith was activated in his heart and He was connected with God through Faith and God was able to operate in His life and through Him to Bless the physical world. God found a man through whom He can Bless His people in this physical world who are under the power of the devil. God gave Abraham His promises to Bless Him and Bless the families of the world through him, Abraham believed in His Word, because of which God was able to extend His Blessing further in this physical world, and formed the nation of Israel and sent more prophets and more Word, until the fullness of time. God had a further plan and He was preparing mankind and this world to implement that better plan which will give further access for God to flow among humans freely and stop the work of the devil. That better plan was the plan to manifest the Word in Flesh. The Word until now was just spoken through prophets and activated Faith in men and women, now in the fullness of time, the Word is taking the form of Flesh and living among men and women. The Word in Flesh is taking back the authority from the devil who had legally taken it from Adam when he willingly believed in the devil. The Word in Flesh pays the price and fulfills the law and takes the authority back from the devil. The Word in Flesh declares he who believes in me has Eternal life. God now has a much better plan than He initially had for Adam, God raises up the Word in Flesh and give Him Authority over Heaven and Earth, over both the spiritual and physical world, a position on the right hand of God and He places every man and woman in that position given to the Word in Flesh, He makes the humans a join-heir with the Word in Flesh. This position is given to man, just by believing by Faith in the Word in Flesh, just as adam believed in the devil and got connected with him and thus to the curse, sin and death, now he can just believe in the Word in Flesh and be position in that place of Authority on the right hand of God. Man is no longer under the curse or the enemy, as long as man is willing to disconnect from the devil by doubting his word and have Faith in God by believing His Word in Flesh, he is raised to that better position with God. (This is exactly opposite to what adam did, he disconnected from God by doubting in God and connected with the devil by believing in him). This new position God created in the Word in Flesh, which is a seated position to the right of God Himself, is a much better position than what God had planned for adam initially, even though the devil try to destroy God’s plan for man, it eventually worked out for good and now God is able to create a better position for man, which is much higher and closer to Him and His nature. In this position, man is clothed with His own righteousness, man is free from the influence of sin, sin cannot touch him anymore, man has been purified by what he has gone through since the fall of adam and has been redeemed by God himself paying the price and he has emerged in Faith as Gold and as sons and daughters of God. In this whole ordeal, yes man had to go through some pain, but more than man, God had to go through much more pain, for He Himself had to take the form of flesh and pay the price by sacrificing Himself and be stricken by the curse to deliver us from the curse. In the end, with all this pain, God is blessed with many more sons and daughters who bear Him image and rule with Him, we humans are blessed with glorious Eternal life with Him, but the devil who caused all this is the big loser, for he gained nothing, in the end he cast away further from the Lord into the lake of fire. He thought he was gaining something by deceiving adam, but God worked it out in such a way, that the devil was just used as a catalyst to the fulfillment of this better plan for God and Man, Father and His Children, the Family of God.

Why Did God Let Adam and Eve Eat the Fruit?

Question:

If God knew adam would disobey God and eat that fruit, then why did God keep that tree in the garden in the first place. If God had not placed that tree, adam would not have fallen and the whole human race would not have gone through the suffering it goes through now. So why did God keep that tree and why did God allow Adam to eat that fruit. Is God just playing with humans and letting them suffer.

Answer:

He created Adam in the Flesh, which was glorified flesh, it did not have sin, curse or death over it. But it was adam because of his rebellion and disobedience brought sin, curse and death into his flesh. He turned his glorified flesh into one under Death and suffering, and that is the cause of all sufferings in the earth in mankind. Now what adam did, did not just cause suffering to the human race, but now the Lord had to redeem us from this cursed flesh and death by going through that same cursed flesh himself. He had to take the form of that flesh which is no longer a glorified flesh as He had created in Adam before the fall, but it’s a flesh under sin, death and curse. He had to take the form of this fallen flesh and go through the suffering of being in that flesh and experience the weight of sin and curse and death. He loved us so much, He was willing to go through this to redeem us.

So when God decided to give the option for Adam to disobey and fall, it was a necessary risk that God had to take if He wants to create man in His image and give Him a free will. It did not just risk adam losing his Blessed state and falling into curse and suffering, but it was a risk God was opening up himself to, and that is, if adam falls from his glorified state into a curse state, then the only way for him to be restored to the Blessed state is for God himself to take the form of that cursed flesh and subject Himself to sufferings and death and redeem us through suffering in His flesh. God was willing to take that risk, because He felt; to truly create man in His own image and His likeness, man has to be given a free will just like God has a free will, only then can He say they are my Son and Daughter created in my likeness and image with all my attributes. In short, God is a good Father and whatever He does, it is for our good, and He has marvelous plans for us, above and beyond what we can think or imagine. Praise Him.

God’s Plan or Your Own Plan

Robert Rajamani

for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from being King over them – (1 Samuel 8:7)

Nevertheless, the people refused to listen to the voice of Samuel, and they said, “No, but there shall be a king over us, 20 so that we too may be like all the nations [around us], that our king may judge [and govern] us and go out before us and fight our battles.” –( 1 Samuel 8:19,20)

Our walk with the Lord is one of a mutual nature. He does everything in cooperation with us. He does not impose His will on us, but He does desire that we understand Him and His plan for us and submit to it, rather than following our own desire and agenda.

He created Adam and gave Him the freedom to choose, even though He wanted Adam to follow Him and His Word, He did not force him to submit to His will. Adam chose to go independent of God and follow his own plan for his life. The end result of choosing his own plan gave birth to sin, curse and death. It did not end well.

In the above verses, the Israelites had the option of God Himself being their King, which would have been a glorious plan for the nation of Israel, but they wanted to be like other nations with their own King. God granted their request, but it was not His ideal plan for them.

When it comes to deciding between following your own plan for life and His, it is beneficial for us to go with His plan which is beyond our wildest imagination, for He is a good God. The flesh in us will want to go its own way, but we need to bring it to subjection to the Law of the Spirit and follow the will of God. (Romans 8:5)

Jesus submitted to the will of God rather than following his own will, that’s the example we need to follow in our walk with the Lord.

He will sure reveal His plan to us. Make Him the high priority in life and spend time with Him in Prayer and the Word and He will talk to our spirit through the Holy Spirit and let us know His plan for our life. He said my sheep hear my voice. So be assured that He will sure talk to you and let you know His way and plan. When you need to decide, make sure that no matter what you feel about it at the moment, just accept and follow His plan than your own plan for your life.

Hearken to His voice and Follow Him and Be Blessed!

I AM a good Father – From God

I am not pleased when my children think of me as the one who causes sickness, diseases, poverty and other oppressions, sometime they think I cause it for their good, which is not true. I do not like myself presented as a Father who gives them trouble or hardship or one who will not rescue them when they are in trouble, in sickness, poverty or under oppression. I like my children to see me as a good Father, someone who gives good things to enjoy, rescues when they are in trouble. I am glorified when my children see me as a loving and caring Father who is for them, it delights my heart. I want my children to Trust me completely so that I can flow in their life fully. When they Trust in me, they give me access to flow in their life and change the situations for them and help them. I want to see my children enjoy life, I have come that they may have life and enjoy life, that they may have abundantly overflowing life. (John 10:10)

The world, the devil has formed an image of me in their heart, which makes them difficult to Trust me, I have been portrayed as a Father who will not come to their help or deliver them, but that’s not true. I want to help them always and see them flourish. When they start understanding me and see me as I am – the loving Father, they will find it easy to Trust me and Walk with me and I will dwell with them and lead them in victory and wisdom. I want my children to spend time with me, spend time in the Word and understand my nature. I am a good Father.

-GOD Your Father

God is a Good Father

Robert Rajamani

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God – 1 John 3:1

Some have the idea that the God out there in heaven is a being of justice, who just rules the universe with his just laws. It is true that He is a God of justice and righteousness, but it is also true that He is Love and that Love dominates everything else, That Love expresses itself in His goodness towards us. He does everything for us, He does everything to keep us Blessed. He created the Garden of Eden before He created Adam and Eve, He created the garden for them to enjoy.

When Adam disobeyed God and fell into sin, curse and death, God in His Fatherly love found a way in Christ, by sacrificing His Son on the cross to fulfill the law and justice. He did everything for us, so that we can live in the Blessing, free from the curse of the law. He is a Father who will do anything to see His children happy and prosper. He could have just ignored us and left us in sin and death to perish, after all we disobeyed Him and deserve the punishment. But as a loving Father, He could not do that, He wanted to find a way out, no matter what the cost is. It cost Him His own son, He did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all (Romans 8:32)

Let this image of God sink in our heart, that God is a Good Father, He will do anything to help me. He has my well-being in His heart, He thinks well about me, He cares for me. He said, I have come that they may have and enjoy Life and have it in abundance (John 10:10). When you see Him as He is, that is as a Loving Father, your heart will want to lean on Him and Trust in Him. As you Trust in Him, you give Him access to your life and let Him flow in your life and change everything that stands against you and oppresses you.

Spend time with Him, talk to Him, Read His Word and let the Spirit of God reveal His true nature. As you understand His true nature as a Loving Father, your heart will explode with Faith and Trust in Him and you will overcome anything in this Life that comes against you, because your Father is by your side.

Think and walk like the Child of God. Trust in Him, He is a good Father.

Never forget your Identity as a Son of God

Robert Rajamani

Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; [just] treat me like one of your hired men – Luke 15:19

In the story of the prodigal son, when the son comes to his senses, he decides to come back to his father’s house, but because of sin consciousness and the feeling of condemnation; he thinks he is no longer worthy to be called son and prefers to be called a hired servant. He was losing his identity as a son.

Many a times, in the course of our walk with the Lord, we tend to forget who we are. The devil uses the circumstances and situations in our life to rob our identity in Christ. We look at the situations in life like sickness, diseases, poverty and oppression of the devil and start believing that I deserve what I am going through, the guilt of sin and sin consciousness takes over and our identity as the son of God in Christ tends to diminish.

We need to be very careful that no matter how difficult and oppressive situation might look like, you should never let go of your identity. In Christ you are son of God. Paul says, the Spirit that you have received is not the spirit of slavery, but the Spirit of adoption to sonship, by which we cry out Abba Father (Romans 8:15). So In Christ you are adopted into the sonship position. This applies to both male and female, this position of sonship in Christ is not based on our gender, it is based on Christ.

But as the story goes, when his father sees him from far, he runs to him in compassion and puts on the best robe and puts a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet and orders a celebration.

In this position of sonship, the Father Himself clothes you with honor, and gives you his ring of authority and His sandals of peace. So in the midst of your problems, look to Him and realize who you are in Christ and as a son of God, operate from that position of Rest, Peace and Victory. In the father’s house everything is provided for you, as a son you have authority and power and there are servants to serve you.

The Father Himself has declared you righteous in Christ, so be bold and don’t see yourself in guilt and a hired servant, but as the son of God in Him, and be lead by His Spirit, as Paul says all those who are led by the Spirit of God are the Sons of God (Romans 8:14)

In Christ you are Righteous, you have authority and power over sickness, diseases, poverty and every work of the enemy and also have angels to serve you (Hebrews 1:14).

So be led by His Spirit and live Bold as a son of God in Christ.

Delight in the Lord

Robert Rajamani

Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart (Psalm:37:4)

Can you follow the desires of your heart? Maybe you cannot just follow the desires of your heart when you are living in the flesh and not being led by the Spirit of God. On the other hand if you are delighting yourself in the Lord. If you are spending time with Him, Delight in reading and studying His Word, delight in praying in tongues and walking with Him and His Word then you can sure rely on the desires of your heart.

When you are walking with Him in the Spirit and delight in Him, He will himself put desires in your heart which aligns to His will and He will fulfill those desires.

Just as Jesus said, if you abide in my Me and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, it will be done, because when we abide in Him and His Word, what we will and desire will be according to His will and we can expect to receive whatever we ask Him.

God is looking for people who will delight in walking with Him, ones who are not distracted by other priorities in life, but are sold out for God and decided to make His Word their delight.

This is a sure way to live life, sure to be in the center of the will of the Lord. When you make Him the delight of your life, you are positioned to succeed. He can then lead you into victories and conquer mountains in your life. Nothing will be able to keep you down, because as you spend time with Him and feed your heart with the Word of God, the Spirit and Word in your heart will generate Faith, which will overcome everything that stands against you. (1 John 5:4)

So make it a priority to enjoy spending time with Him, and studying His Word, it will transform your life and you will see your desires and dreams fulfilled.

Walking in the Flesh is a Snare

Robert Rajamani

They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me. For if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you – Exodus 23:33

The Lord delivered the Israelites from slavery in Egypt in a supernatural way and promised them a land of their own. He said you will possess the land I will deliver the inhabitants of the land in your hand, but you shall drive them out and make no covenant with them or follow their gods, if you do that it will be a snare to you.

Likewise, the Lord has delivered us from the kingdom of darkness where we were in bondage to sin and flesh, He has made us a new creature and He Himself comes and dwells within our born again spirit and He desires that we live a life being led by His Spirit and not walk in the flesh as we used to. He desires that we do not compromise with the lifestyle of walking in the flesh.

It’s very easy to get into a routine of living life in the flesh. Walking in the flesh can be expensive, it will end up being a snare and will keep you in bondage. Make no compromise with fear, unbelief, sickness, poverty. Just resist it. They have no place in your life, drive them out from your life, if you let them stay, they will become a snare to you.

Make a deliberate effort to always walk in the Spirit. Living life in the Spirit is the normal Christian life. It’s a life of Power and Triumph. Make sure to spend time with Him in Prayer, Speak in tongues, when you speak in tongues you let the Spirit of God pray for you and to edify you. Spend time in the Word daily. Meditate on the Word all the time and let the Spirit of God quicken the Word which applies to your situation. He will let that Word create Faith in you heart and enable you to overcome the situation you might be facing.

When the Spirit of God and the Word of God come together to create Faith in your heart, nothing in this physical world can defeat you, no circumstance can overpower you. You will be victorious over everything that life and the devil will throw at you.

Be led by His Spirit and the Word and be free and victorious.

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. – Gal 5:16

Impossible Situation is meant to Promote You

Robert Rajamani

No weapon formed against you shall prosper – Isaiah 54:17

Impossible situations you face are meant to Promote you to another Level!

In our walk with the Lord, there will be times when we face an impossible situation. In such times, He does not expect us to be discouraged and give-up, in fact it’s the right situation to push you into another dimension, to promote you from where you are to where He intends to take you.

It all depends on us, in such situations do you speak and expect victory as you trust in the Lord or do you speak defeat and hopelessness. There is no situation or mountain in this life which can overcome and defeat you, unless you let it. Life and Death is in the power of your tongue (Proverbs 18:21)

Those mountains that come against us is not from the Lord, but it’s from the enemy of our soul. Goliath stood as a mountain against the children of God, but David was not willing to be defeated, he trusted in the Lord enough to know that this mountain is no match for him, as He relies on the Lord. David’s response to the impossible situation he faced, turned out to be the turning point in his life. God used that situation to promote David to a level which would take him to be the King of Israel.

So when you walk through adverse circumstances, don’t ask, Why Lord? There are times, God will take you away from such situations, but then there other times when He wants you to stand against it and speak to that mountain to be moved (Mark 11:23) , for God is planning to use that situation to promote and push you to another level of fulfilling your purpose in life.

Let no circumstance, be it sickness, poverty or anything else discourage you, we know we are more than conquerors in Christ (Romans 8:37).

When you are facing the mountain it might feel and look like its impossible, but don’t give up, just stand firm on your confession of victory in Christ, you will see the mountain being moved and that giant being defeated. As He said to Joshua, Be strong and courageous, Fear not, I will be with you. (Joshua 1:9)

He always leads us in triumph in Christ (2 Corinthians 2:14)

God Dwells Among Us!

Robert Rajamani

The place, O Lord, You have made for Your dwelling [among them], –(Exodus 15:17)

He wants to make a dwelling among them. He wants to dwell among His people, not so that he can control them and make them follow His rules. Its because He knows that we need Him to be able to stand against all that the enemy will bring against us. If He just leaves us alone, we would be consumed by the enemy. Its only He who can defend and deliver and fight for us as He delivered the Israelites from the Egyptians through the red-sea in a miraculous way. He fought for them, so that they can be free. He can do that for us only if we allow Him to dwell with us.

It grieves His heart to know that we tend to want to go independent of Him and want to live our own life, not realizing that there is an enemy of our soul waiting to attack us and we are not strong enough to fight him on our own. That’s the reason God wants to be with us and dwell with us so that He can fight for us and defend us.

In the Old Covenant He wanted the Israelites to make a physical temple for Him to dwell among them, in the New Covenant, He comes and dwells in our born again spirit. Holy Spirit living in our spirit is our protection and guidance and wisdom. All those you are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. He dwells in us, His Spirit and His Word abides in us and fights for us. Let the Spirit pray for us in tongues and win the battle for us.

Allow Him to dwell with you and guide you in safety and abundance. He is our loving Father. The Lord is always wanting to fight for you and let you rest, just like a good father would protect and fight for His son or daughter.
